The first Lviv North Test Planning workshop took place on November 24-26, 2025, marking the start of intensive collaborative work between the five project teams, organizers, experts, and the Guiding Committee.
The workshop opened with a joint site visit, where the teams got to know the planning area’s boundaries and gained a firsthand understanding of the site from the Test Planning Organizer and the Coordination Team. On the second day, each team presented its initial strategic vision and early ideas for the area’s spatial organization, based on a preliminary analysis of the district’s key challenges and potential. The Guiding Committee then reviewed the proposals and prepared recommendations to help the teams sharpen their direction ahead of the next workshop.
The final day was dedicated to further collaborative work within each team, with the Ukrainian offices hosting their international partners to deepen the work and develop a shared vision for the future of Lviv North.
