On September 24, 2025, an online kickoff meeting brought together the key participants in the Lviv North Test Planning process — members of the Guiding and Executive Committees, the five project teams, the Organizer, and the Coordination Team. This meeting marked the official start of the implementation phase and helped everyone align on a shared understanding of the process, expectations, and working rhythm.

During the meeting, Organizer – Studio Zmist, presented the overall framework for the process, shared preparatory research and key objectives, and handed over the brief and a set of baseline materials for the teams’ next phase of work. A dedicated open discussion followed, with teams, experts, and organizers weighing in to refine priorities and approaches. Afterward, the teams moved on to developing their initial visions for the area and early spatial hypotheses in preparation for Workshop 1.
