Public Consultation Day
The transformation of Lviv North affects residents, landowners, local businesses, and key institutions in the area. You can take part in shaping the vision during the Public Consultation Day.
At the event, you will be able to review the teams’ work, leave written feedback, share your perspective, and speak directly with the teams.
When: Saturday, March 21, 2026 (10:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
Where: School No. 97, 18 Ivan Mykolaichuk St.
On March 21, 2026, School No. 97 (18 Ivan Mykolaichuk St.) hosted one of the key milestones in the test planning process — Public Consultation Day.
The event took a fair-style format: five project teams presented their proposals at individual stands, and visitors could move freely between them, ask questions, and compare approaches. Everyone was also invited to leave written feedback, on individual teams or on the process as a whole. People shared what’s working in the neighborhood, what’s missing, and what changes would genuinely matter for everyday life.

Public Engagement Report
All participant feedback was recorded and compiled into a report, which, along with the completed comment forms, was shared with the project teams and the Guiding Committee. You can download the report here:

Consultation Group
The Consultation Group is an informal advisory body that helps ensure the North Lviv test planning process reflects a broad range of local knowledge, interests, and institutional perspectives. It provides structured feedback to the project teams and the Guiding Committee at key stages of the process.
Who's part of the Consultation Group?
-
- Residents and neighborhood initiatives
- Landowners and developers working in the area
- Local businesses
- State and semi-state institutions (education, culture, healthcare, transport)
- Civil society organizations and initiatives (including in inclusion, ecology, mobility, and accessibility)
- Representatives of IDP and veteran communities
How does the Consultation Group take part in the process?
The Consultation Group is mainly involved in the second and third workshops. Its members voice local priorities and concerns, help flag risks and opportunities early on, and comment on the teams’ proposals during the workshops.
All input and feedback from the group is recorded, summarized, and passed on to the project teams and the Guiding Committee.
The group plays an advisory role. It doesn’t make decisions or act in place of political or administrative bodies.
